About Rolling Green
Originally owned by the Christ The King Church and later ceded to the City of Pleasant Hill, Rolling Green's 22.5 acres of stand-alone and duplex-style homes were built in the mid-1970’s. Some years later, the residents decided to bring on Homeowner Association Services, a San Ramon-based, family operated company to help manage the property, and the Rolling Green Homes Association was created. The property still includes some original homeowners, although recent years have brought an influx of new ownership. There are a total of 65 units in our development which includes a well-maintained park-like setting, along with a clubhouse and pool facility. Volunteer members of the Association and its various committees work on behalf of the residents of Rolling Green to protect, maintain and improve the common areas, privileges and interests of its residents. The RGHA also strives to achieve transparency and communication and keep monthly dues reasonable while avoiding unexpected assessments. We recognize and truly appreciate this unique and singular property and will always endeavor to do our best to maintain it at very high standards. Our primary goal is to provide our members with a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment and sense of community.
If you're considering buying or renting here, there are a few things to know:
- RGHA is a quiet community and our residents range from families with small children to seniors. We ask our residents to observe quiet time from 10pm to 6am daily - disregarding this rule can lead to fines.
- Children at play and pets are often in our circle street - we ask everyone to maintain a 10mph speed when driving through the complex.
- There is no parking within the circle streets from midnight to 6am daily - cars should be parked in garages, the extension parking lot or on the street during those times. We enforce this rule to deter crime within our community. Violation of this rule can lead to fines, or your car being towed.
- Areas outside of your unit and patio are common areas - these are not areas to be used for personal parties or outside gatherings without Board approval. However, the Clubhouse is available to rent for larger gatherings.
